01Service and scope

These terms cover Work Arena websites and applications, including rankings, sign-in, task submission, AI generation and comparison, and voting. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using account-based services. If you do not agree, stop using those services.

Available features, usage allowances, file limits and other conditions are described on the relevant pages. If paid services are offered, prices, billing periods and refund rules should be presented and confirmed before purchase.

02Accounts and sign-in

Provide lawful, accurate account details and protect your sign-in methods. Google and other third-party sign-in methods also follow the provider's authorization rules. Availability depends on the provider and the integration actually enabled.

Do not impersonate others, transfer accounts to evade restrictions or try to access another person's tasks or files. If you notice suspicious activity, end suspicious sessions and manage the relevant sign-in permissions promptly.

03Content you submit

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in task descriptions, uploaded files and other original submissions. Submission does not transfer ownership. You grant the processing permissions necessary to provide the service, including storage, parsing, transmission to AI or infrastructure services needed for the task, and generation and display of deliverables.

You must have the rights needed to submit, use and authorize processing of your content without violating privacy, intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations. Obtain necessary authorization before sharing personal information, client records or confidential business material, and limit what you disclose.

Rights in deliverables and their permitted uses may also depend on input materials, applicable law and third-party terms. Check facts, permissions and rights restrictions before using, publishing or commercializing a deliverable.

04Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, malware, fraud or content intended to harm others. Do not bypass access controls, probe private data or interfere with normal operation.

Do not manipulate evaluations or rankings through fake accounts, automated voting or fabricated results. Automated access must follow published interface rules and reasonable limits. Uploaded files must meet the format and size limits shown in the product.

05AI deliverables and evaluations

AI deliverables may contain errors, omissions, duplication or inappropriate content. Review them independently before use, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety or other important decisions. Seek qualified professional review where needed.

Evaluations and rankings reflect specific tasks, versions, samples and judging conditions. They do not guarantee performance in every setting or endorse a particular model or service. Scores, rankings and votes may change with new samples, version updates or corrections.

06Availability and demonstrations

Maintenance, updates, network problems or third-party outages may interrupt service. Tasks may fail or time out. Follow the status and error messages shown and download and back up important deliverables promptly.

Demo accounts, task progress and deliverables may be simulated. They do not establish real authentication, actual AI execution or permanent storage. Demo data may be lost when sessions are cleared, reset or the service restarts.

07Product and third-party rights

The Work Arena brand, interface, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Unless permitted by law or authorization, do not copy, sell or use them in a misleading way. Third-party names, marks, models and tools belong to their respective rights holders.

External websites and third-party services have separate terms and privacy policies. Their providers are responsible for their availability and processing practices. Read the relevant information before using them.

08Stopping use and service restrictions

You can stop using the service at any time and manage personal records through available account or data controls. Revoking third-party sign-in authorization and deleting Work Arena data are separate actions.

Unlawful use, infringement, interference or serious violations of these terms may lead to necessary feature restrictions, account suspension or termination. Where legally permitted and appropriate for security, the reason and available resolution steps should be explained.

09Responsibility and disputes

Each party bears responsibility under applicable law. Reasonable steps will be taken to reduce losses from network disruptions, third-party failures or events outside reasonable control. No limitation excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory rights you hold under law.

Disputes about the service or these terms should first be addressed through discussion. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent dispute resolution body under applicable law.

10Updates to these terms

These terms may change as service rules change, with the effective date shown on this page. Material changes should be communicated appropriately. Where additional confirmation is required by law, the changes apply after that confirmation is obtained.
